question about resistors how do i find the ones i am looking for?
hello, i have taken apart one of my freedom flashlights which uses 2 ways of running the led for illumination. a pair of quarter-sized Lithium Batteries or a capacitor that can be charged by shaking a magnet back and forth through a copper spool. the capacitor has a rating of 220,000 micro farads at 5.5v
but the thing is, i have no idea what the specs are for the resistor. i have noticed some colored bands on the resistor. do the colored bands have any part in telling of the specifics of the resistor?
i would like to know what the rating is for the resistor so i can order some of these.
